A Nigerian woman, devastated after discovering her three-year lover secretly married another woman, shared her heartbreak on TikTok.

In a tearful video on her @sexysica_ account, she revealed learning about his secret marriage through a friend’s WhatsApp status.

Despite staying faithful and respecting their private relationship, she was shocked and heartbroken.

The discovery has left her unable to sleep, and she expressed her decision not to seek clarity or contact him.

The video caption reflects her emotional turmoil and acceptance of the situation.

“No wonder he’s always warning me never to post him that he loves a “ private” relationship. I’m still trying to process everything. I swore I will never text or call him. I wont seek clarity. I Dont even want to know how or why it happened. He did what he did, I felt what I felt, it is what it is”.

“Her fans crashed our site”- 3 Important Things Guinness World Records Said As They Crowned Hilda Baci

Hilda Baci was named the record holder for cooking for the longest hour on Tuesday, June 13 by Guinness World Records.

Indian chef Lata Tondon was now recognized as a predecessor in the field following the announcement.

While making the announcement, the organization mentioned a few important things.

It should be noted that an Ekiti chef named Dammy broke the famed chef’s record on the same day Hilda’s record was officially recognized by Guinness World Records by clocking more than 100 hours.

Three things the organisation mentioned about Hilda’s cook-a-thon.

1. Our website crashed for 2 days

Guinness World Records affirmed that Hilda’s cookathon was so popular that their website had a lot of traffic. They said it crashed as a result. The organisation also said that Hilda’s fans were many.

In their words: “Hilda’s cook-a-thon was in fact so popular that our website crashed for two days due to the immense volume of traffic we received from her legion of loyal fans.”

2. Hilda prepared for the event

The Nigerian chef was said to have prepared a 35-menu guide to show her preparation for the cookathon.

As Hilda cooked, her team was on their feet as they ensured that she never ran out of ingredients. They said:

“She ensured that she had the necessary ingredients to make each recipe, with her team procuring further food items while the cook-a-thon was underway…”

3. Why Hilda didn’t get 100 hours

According to Guinness World Records, a challenge participant is expected to take a five-minute break after every hour.

However, Hilda took elongated hours at some point. In that light, some hours were deducted from her challenge, and she was given 93 hours and 11 minutes.

 Nollywood actor, Murphy Afolabi, has begun his final journey to the world beyond.

News reports that the thespian is being laid to rest at his residence in Ikorodu, Lagos State after his corpse was moved from Isolo.

The video that emerged online captured Murphy Afolabi in a transparent coffin and covered with white clothes.

Recall that Murphy died at the age of 49 after a tragic fall in his bathroom in his Ikorodu residence in Lagos State.

This publication gathered that Murphy, who celebrated his birthday a few days ago, died in the early hours of Sunday, May 14, 2023.

The sudden death is a huge blow to the Yoruba film industry and many of his colleagues took to their various social media platforms to express their grief.

The Nollywood actor hailed from Oroki Asala in Osogbo, Osun State capital.

Afolabi graduated from the Osun State Polytechnic in Iree in 2001, where he obtained a Diploma in Theatre Arts and Film Production.

He was survived by three children, two boys and a girl named Afolabi Olamilekan, Afolabi Fathia Moyosore, and Okikiola Afolabi, respectively.

Murphy Afolabi began acting at a young age. His first stint in professional acting began under the guidance of veteran actor Fasasi Olabankewin (Dagunro) in 1998.

Yoruba actor, Murphy Afolabi, for burial today

 Popular Yoruba actor, Murphy Afolabi, will be buried today.

Afolabi, who clocked 49 on May 5, died Sunday after slipping in his bathroom.

The Osogbo-born actor, popularly known for his Yoruba accent, will be buried at his Ikorodu house located at Mopelufa, by Aleke bus stop, after Adamo bus stop, Ijebu Ode road, Ikorodu, barring last minute changes by his family.

Our correspondent, who visited the venue, observed that some youths in the area, who crowded the late actor’s yet-to-be-completed building, were preventing reporters from capturing or covering the house.

The burial, which was scheduled for 1:00pm, had yet to take place as the body of the deceased had yet to arrive at the venue as of the time of filing this report around 2:17pm.

Also, our correspondent observed that the burial ground had been dug waiting for the arrival of the deceased body.

No celebrities had arrived at the venue as of the time of filing this report.

Some sympathisers at the venue approached by our correspondent declined comments.
